Motor skills. These toys introduce some of our community-based vehicles, but also provides an opportunity for enhancing hand-eye coordination while trying to fit the different pieces into the peg.

Language. Use the cars to enhance conversations through colors, vehicle sounds, and stories in their play.

Cognitive skills and creative play. Introduce the names of these common vehicles. Compare them to pictures in books, similar toys or vehicles you can see outside. Use the toys as puzzles to build up the vehicle. Purchase the different vehicles to mix and match for fun. Kids will naturally play and think outside the box. Providing them with open-ended toys and characters in their play can encourage them to look for different ways to play with it.
